Refund & Cancellation Policy

1. Digital Product Refunds

Since this is a digital course, refunds are generally not provided once a customer has gained access. However, we comply with the Electronic Communications and Transactions (ECT) Act, which allows refunds under certain conditions.

2. Refund Eligibility

A full refund may be granted if:

The customer has not accessed more than 10% of the course content.

A request is made within 7 days of purchase (as per the CPA’s cooling-off period for electronic transactions).

The course was purchased due to false or misleading information (which we strive to avoid).

3. Non-Refundable Situations

If more than 10% of the course has been accessed.

If the refund request is made after 7 days from purchase.

If dissatisfaction is due to personal preference rather than a technical issue.

4. Exchanges or Credits

Instead of refunds, we may offer course credits for future purchases in special cases.

If a user experiences technical issues, we will assist with troubleshooting before considering a refund.

You may not share login details or resell the course.

2. Intellectual Property Rights

All content, including videos, PDFs, and resources, is copyrighted and remains the property of FolkloreProductions (PTY) Ltd.

Unauthorised distribution is a violation of copyright laws.

3. Liability Disclaimer

The course is for educational purposes only.

We are not liable for any business decisions made based on the content.
